About This Project
The architectural community is nowadays experiencing the urge to define a new cultural and operative approach driving a fertile integration of design, fabrication and construction. The exhibition promotes the programmatic idea of research by teaching to explore critically the crucial interaction between the technological advancement in computation and design research. A selection of projects attempts at mapping the emergent contributions existing in both didactic and research projects, and highlights the intersecting points of a common network regarding the frontiers of applied computation in the context of the ABC Department and the Faculty of Architecture and Society.
