Many additive manufacturing kinds are used to create mass produced formworks but the 3D printing. Several studies have been made on the topic but the integration of 3D printing into the realization of complex molds and the casting of interesting customized structures is a new solution. Driven by this implication gap, this 3D printed mold method and concrete casting is tested in terms of the system’s potentiality and feasibility. Generating a connected component system allowing easy flow of concrete between each mold, the research aims to construct a prototype of a structural wall by means of continuous pouring process and examine its employability.
